They hate each other now

Toronto, ON—At approximately 8 pm last Monday, Sabrina Papas posted this picture on her personal Instagram account. The caption read “Editors-in-Chief? More like Editors-in-Beef! #ihateainsley.”

According to Features Editor Rebecca Gao, who has refused to take a side, the fight began over the theme of The Strand’s upcoming fall magazine. Ainsley wanted to call the magazine Fragments, whereas Sabrina wanted to call the magazine Squishy Farts.

The Strand will continue to provide updates as they become available.

UPDATE—Ainsley has posted this picture on her Instagram in retaliation. The caption reads “Sabrina the teenage witch? More like Sabrina the teenage bad friend. #sabrinasux.”

Stranded Editor Leo Morgenstern, who has pledged allegiance to team Sabrina, had this to say: “Fragments and Squishy Farts are both great theme ideas. But I’m on team Sabrina because Max and I flipped a coin.”
