The expanse of Facebook groups is terrifying

There is a Facebook group out there for literally anything. Want memes about Nintendo Games? There are hundreds of them for each game and generation of console. Some game characters have been dedicated their own specific groups for memes. There are groups for compiling weird, made-up stories posted on the internet, including I’ll take things that didn’t happen for $800.00 Alex, and a group where old people post boomer memes that I am in called Rock On, (memes). Google tells me that there are about 620 million Facebook groups in existence, but here is a list of groups that definitely do not exist:

  • Funny Memes for Public Servants
  • *LIVERS FOR SALE* – Discussion Group
  • Friends of Earthworms United
  • Activists for More Lights in Schools
  • Coffee Cup Design Discussion Group
  • Satisfying Hydro BillPosting
  • How to Make Pasta?
  • Group for Those Born on May 30, 1983
  • A Group for Non-Racist, Non-Homophobic, Non-Transphobic Gamers
  • Frankie Jonas Fan Group
  • Missed Connections – Latchford, Ontario
  • Worst Stranded Articles – Debate Club
  • Poop Reviews – Outside Group (No Toilets Please)
